Web It Network proposes a simple compensation plan for customers who wish to participate in the development of a business that allows for retroactive commissions. These earned commissions are not automatically paid out. They are paid to "Privileged customers" for having introduced new customers to Web It Network.
If you enrol customers who in turn refer others, instead of receiving the usual key holder or toaster as a token, Web It Network pays you for your efforts.

The compensation plan is based on the development of a 2 x 2 binary plan. You are automatically entered into the plan and positioned with your own Personal Identification Number (Client ID) that becomes your commission payment number when you become a Web It Network customer. Positioning always depends on the person who has taken your enrolment.
What does a binary plan look like?
It is nothing more than a system that links you to the person who enrolled you and to those people who come into the system after you. It is important to note that the people who come into the system after you are not necessarily introduced by yourself, but might come from "spillover" from people above you in the system.
Each square represents a person. Each square has two "legs", one on the left (Team I) and one on the right (Team 2). This is the meaning of binary (two), the basics for the system. When you enrol a person, you might choose to position that person in Team I or Team 2 with the objective of balancing the efforts of your two teams.
The principle resides in that each Entrepreneur enrols 2 people (Marie and Yves) in order to start developing the binary system. Once you have enrolled your first 2 people, it is recommended that you place one person in Team 1 and the other on Team 2 in order to balance your two teams. Marie and Yve’s objective will be the same as yours, to enrol two more people (red squares) in order to develop their own binary organization and so on…
As for Marie and Yves, you will have placed them in the first position on each team. In the meantime spillover has occurred in the first available position in your Team 1 which in this case is Jean (just below Marie).
Starting this week, Marie and Yves have been enrolled in your binary system, and include Jean who has spilled over from the upline. This week you will be paid on 2 personal enrolees (Marie and Yves).
The week is finished; you have 6 new enrolments in your Team 1 and 7 enrolments in Team 2. You have reached your objective of balancing both Teams. You will receive a commission in the amount of $125 US plus $200 in commissions (purple squares, 9 enrolments) for a total of $325 US.
In the previous week you had 6 enrolments in Team 1 and 7 enrolments in Team 2 (the grey squares). Seeing as your commissions have been paid out, the seventh enrolment on Team 2 is not part of this weeks enrolments.
To succeed with Web It Network is to understand the simplicity and the strength of the 2 x 2 binary. All we have to do to continue developing our binary is to find 2 entrepreneurs who want to develop their own 2 Teams.
The beauty of Web It Network is that we don’t stop at 6 enrolments on both Teams. There are more commissions (12, 24 or 36 enrolments on both Teams) and Leadership Bonuses also.
